Baseball Canada Nationals

Tournament coverage, brackets and archives from the Canadian amateur game

About this site

Baseball Canada Nationals is an independent site covering the national championship calendar in Canadian amateur baseball. We write about how the tournaments are structured, who qualifies, where the events are played, and what usually decides them.

What we cover

Our focus is the format and the pathway rather than live play-by-play. That means the qualifying pyramid from club ball upward, the provincial associations that run the sport year-round, the host city rotation, and the differences between the youth and senior tiers of the championship calendar.

  • National championship formats and brackets
  • Provincial and regional qualifying
  • Age-group championships from 13U upward
  • Host selection and what a hosting bid involves

How we source information

Most of what we publish comes from publicly available material: schedules and rules published by Baseball Canada and its provincial member associations, local media coverage of host communities, and the published results of provincial and regional qualifiers. Where something is general practice rather than a published rule, we say so in the text.

What this site is not

We are not Baseball Canada. This site has no affiliation with Baseball Canada, with any provincial or regional baseball association, or with any host organizing committee. We do not sell tickets, register players, or speak for any of those organizations. For official schedules, registration and rulings, go to the relevant association directly.

Corrections

Formats change, hosting moves, and rules get revised between seasons. If you spot something out of date or wrong, tell us through the contact page and we will check it against the current published material and fix it.

Advertising and links

Some pages carry links to third-party sites, including sports betting operators, and some of those links may earn us a commission. That never changes what we publish about a tournament or a team. Where betting is mentioned we also link to ourresponsible gambling page. Full detail is in ourterms of use.
