We read everything that comes in. Corrections get priority, especially anything about formats, qualifying rules or host announcements that have changed since we published.

Before you write
A few things we get asked often that we cannot help with, because this is an independent site and not a governing body:
- Player registration, tryouts or team selection. Contact your provincial association.
- Tickets, entry fees or accreditation for an event. Contact the host organizing committee.
- Rulings, appeals or eligibility questions. Those go to Baseball Canada or your province.
- Requests to remove a published result. We publish only information already in the public record.
Corrections
If something on the site is wrong or out of date, send the page address and what it should say. A link to the published source helps us verify it faster. We update the page and note the change date in the page header.
Media and partnerships
For syndication, media enquiries or commercial arrangements, use the general address above and include the organization you are writing on behalf of. Our position on advertising and affiliate links is set out in the terms of use and summarised on theabout page.
Privacy
Anything you send us is handled according to ourprivacy policy. We keep correspondence only as long as we need it to deal with the matter you raised, and we do not add correspondents to a mailing list.
